March 23 2019 will mark the 67th anniversary of Bill Mosienko’s hat trick NHL record. It’s hard to imagine that it will ever be beaten, but anything can happen…
Even if you’re not a hockey fan, it’s hard to deny how incredible Bill Mosienko’s feat of scoring 3 goals in 21 seconds is.
If you’ve heard my raps about it, you probably already know how I feel – and hopefully you agree that it’s a really inspiring story. It’s certainly inspired me throughout my life – from cheering my team’s comeback in the last minutes of a game to recording a crazy song and hoping some cool strangers might get to hear it.
It’s not about overcoming impossibility, it’s about appreciating unpredictability.
And I think that’s a pretty great concept to keep in mind every day.
